What is your delivery time?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. In case of any delays from this time we will do our best effort to notify you via email. Once you receive notice that your order is completed most orders is delivered within EU from 3 to 6 working days. Please not that we do not offer deliver outside of EU.Please note that any delays are outside of our control and depended on postal services.

What is your return policy?

We offer 14 day hassle free return policy. Please note, that returned items must be in the original condition, with all tags attached. Item carrying marks of use, stains, with missing tags or damaged original packing may be not eligible for refund.If you have paid via PayPal, please remember about PayPal’s refunded returns – please check is this option available with PayPal in your country.

What is your size profile for sold clothes?

Most items are true size. Please also refer to our size chart for details. In case you have doubts please contact us and we may provide you item specific measurements to ensure right fit.

How do you pack orders?

All orders are packed in packages not indicating content, so your privacy is protected.

Where will my order by shipped form?

We ship from EU; Ireland, Poland, Germany.

How can I contact you?

What is the product quality?

All sold product are 100% genuine and high quality. We do not sell Chinese fakes that can be often meet in other shops. On the opposite often our product and images are counterfeited, so if you see same item at much lower price from Chinese seller, you may expect it will be very poor quality.
